 EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is just something incredibly good and hard to explain, that's why I recommend it. EFT helps me see things differently, positively and calmly. It fills me with the energy to control the situations that I can control and the ability to accept what I cannot control. What I like most about EFT is that I can practice any time and see immediate results. EFT helped me calmly focus on what really matters in life.  When I walked out of my EFT session with Charles, I felt exceptionally peaceful and serene. The immediate calming effect of the session was quite apparent, but I did not yet realize the further-reaching effects that would manifest shortly thereafter.

 Ever since I moved away from Seattle nine years ago, I have felt a profound sense of loss that has haunted me doggedly. Although my original intent going into the session was to deal with some other fears and health concerns, many of these very issues turned out to stem from my departure from the city I love and my circle of friends there. The grief I felt over missing the place and people seemed to have been quite seriously detrimental to my health and overall well-being in the years since. As we turned the focus of the session more toward reaching a peace with my new circumstances, I was finally drawn to acceptance the choices I had made and open myself to the goodness of my present strengths and blessings.

 The long-term result of my single EFT session has been that I can finally remember my time in Seattle and talk with my still close friends there without experiencing a welling of sorrow and loss. I feel love and a deep affection for that place so dear to me, but these thoughts and memories no longer invoke the longing and near tears every time they cross my mind. This has been very freeing for me. I have felt very impeded in moving forward with my life in Indianapolis and reluctant to commit to my present no matter how much I wanted to do so. It really seems as though a barrier in my life has been surmounted. For this I am

I was skeptical that tapping would work for me, as I tend to live in my left brain. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. Surprise! The guided tapping took me to places I hadn't planned on going, and I learned some important connections between my mind and body. I was pleasantly surprised at how effective the EFT session was. I had been dealing with a pain in my knee for more than a year. After just one session the pain was gone. It did come back but I was able to identify its instigator and work on eliminating that and the pain has subsided again. I will definitely try it again and recommend it to friends. I was amazed at how good I felt after my EFT sessions with Carol. I no longer felt the pain that I had been living with for years. I haven't been practicing tapping for very long, but already know enough to use this very powerful technique to release my stress throughout the day. Releasing the emotional charge of my self- defeating thoughts would be enough, but by learning the languaging in my private sessions with Carol, I'm getting so that I can realize the core beliefs behind the thoughts and move above and beyond the drama. EFT is truly amazing and Carol has a real gift at creating a safe space and getting directly to the heart of issues. I would highly recommend EFT to anyone desiring a more heart-centered life.
