Carol Crenshaw, M.S., Ed.M.
As co-founder of Tools for
Joyful Living & co-author of EFT for Meditation - Carol is the co-founder of Tools for Joyful Living as well as the
co-founder/co-director of Inner Peace Yoga Center in Indianapolis, a non-profit educational organization. She has been
practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years and holds a Master's degree in
Eastern Studies/Comparative Psychology/Holistic Health from the University of
Scranton and an Ed.M. from the University of Buffalo. She taught elementary
school for ten years in Buffalo, NY.
She served as a yoga therapist, biofeedback trainer, dietary consultant, and
counselor both at the Center for Holistic Medicine in New York City and at the
Himalayan Institute headquarters in Honesdale, PA, where she also served as a
senior teacher. She has led several weight loss workshops and women's retreats. She has worked with people for almost 30
years training them in self-help and transformational techniques and integrates
this work into her EFT sessions.
Charles Crenshaw, M.S., M.Div.W.
As co-founder
of Tools for Joyful Living & co-author of EFT for Meditation - Charles is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).
As an ordained interfaith minister he brings over 30 years of experience
with people in spiritual counseling and Consulting Hypnotist work to bear on his
experience with EFT. He certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists
as an Instructor of Hypnotists. He is a Master NLP practitioner
and trainer.

Charles holds a certificate of training for Alcohol & Substance Abuse
counseling from the New School for Social Research in New York City. While
in New York City, Charles worked on the staff of the Center for Holistic
Medicine as a counselor, yoga therapist, Consulting Hypnotist, and
biofeedback trainer, and was co-director of the Himalayan Institute of New
York.
Charles is also the co-founder and co-director
of Inner Peace Yoga Center in Indianapolis, a non-profit educational organization. He has been practicing
meditation and yoga since 1974. He holds a Master's degree in Eastern
Studies/Comparative Psychology/Holistic Health from the University of
